Ella Baché hosted an intimate breakfast at Campbell’s Stores for influencers and media to celebrate the launch of their latest SPF and skin illumination innovations.

Guests were invited to have their skin diagnosed by Ella Baché experts using the latest diagnosis technology and were served fresh cold-pressed juices and sustainably sourced produce from The Catch.

In attendance were Olympian and model Amy Pejkovic, Sky News TV presenters Rachel Raez and Maddison-clare Sloan as well as Sydney’s top beauty influencers.

Chef Omar Hsu prepared a delicious breakfast menu for the private function.

  • Miso glazed bircher porridge, apple, mango and warm honey in fused coconut milk (vegan without honey)
  • Smoked cod scotch eggs with uni butter and smoked salmon roe
  • Spanner crab cakes and poached eggs OR Lobster hash with sautéed spinach, overnight tomato and poached eggs
  • Beetroot cured salmon, sautéed kale, crème fraîche and a hollandaise sauce

  • Coconut crumpets, with white chocolate + lemon curd, gold leaf and vanilla infused blue mountain honey
  • Oven roasted asparagus, with rose water, halloumi and soft quail egg
  • Macadamia tofu sautéed spinach, lemon pickled broth with daikon ribbons, kelp and a wasabi tuille (vegan)
  • Eggplant + charred scallion with macadamia cheese, tonburi tagine and a ginger vinaigrette (vegan)
